Parents: Per district request, please fill out the following form ONLY if you are in need of a device for your student to engage in distance learning. At this time we are only giving out 1 device per 2 students in a household and are asking that you only request what you need. If there are more devices after we distribute, we would be able to assign more at that time. Once you fill out the form, a staff member will call you to arrange a pickup time!
